Returns & Refunds
All products are covered by our 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date of your item. If more than 14 days have elapsed since the delivery date of your item, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.
Products must be returned in the same condition.
New products: products listed in new condition can be returned if they are still new and in their original, unopened packaging.
Used products: products listed in used condition can be returned if they are still in the same cosmetic condition as when they were shipped out. They must be also be functional and complete, with all their original parts and accessories.
Once your returned item is received, we will then inspect the item and email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund (based on the condition of the returned item and the nature of the return). If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days of your approval email.
Return Shipping Costs
You may be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. Whether or not you will be responsible for these costs will be at the sole discretion of MobilityCell.com, and may vary according to your specific nature of your return.
If you are held responsible for return shipping and are receiving a refund, the cost of your shipping label may be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs deducted in this way are non-refundable.
